Both of these directors have uniqe styles that they portray in their music videos. David Fincher works are mostly unconventional to anything specific, they are more visual focus with directed story line with black/white gradient theam. Mark Romanek makes his music videos edgy and most of the time to be fited to similiar music genre then the actual video it self. Futhermore he includes musch more fast cuts into his music videos. Both of these artist follow the reception theory that the audience that cosumed the text will all have different meaning based on their demograpics
