Taylor Swift- Magazine advert analysis

The "RED" is in bold font with a deep pastel red which is seen trough the whole poster, this "RED" might represent lots of things like love, pain or sorrow.

Her name on the advert is in bold font but with white font, this might represent her being innocent or pure.

The bird cadge which can be seen behind her could represent her being trapped and not being able to escape. This could link to her trying to create a set mood or expectations for the album.

Her position is not centralised which is unusual as most of time main object is centralised and is in middle this time she is leaning to theright while still being main object of the advert

Her outfit is very casual and allows her not to stand out so much as well as it fits in with the background design which is grey and blurry creating the feel that the advert is old and is based in past.

All other text that has the promotion on the magazine advert is is same bold white/red font to create consistency and make it more eye catchy for the reader
